Additionally, GPS has participated, as a Lead Underwriter or Co-Manager, in over $300 Billion in corporate and municipal underwritings. The Investment Banking team at GPS is well versed in all aspects of the Underwriting process.
GPS has a fully disclosed clearing agreement with Pershing, Bank of New York Mellon for clearing domestic transactions. GPS also maintains clearing relationships with various international broker/dealers for execution and clearing of all foreign transactions.
